Ahrefs Addresses Ongoing Issues with Traffic and Keywords Reporting
Introduction to Resolution
At Ahrefs, they are always committed to providing the best possible service to their valued customers. On 29 March 2023, Ahrefs have become aware of some issues that have been affecting a number of their tools, including Batch Analysis, Toolbar, SERPs Overview in Site Explorer, and Keywords Explorer. They would like to provide us with an update on the situation and reassure us that they are working tirelessly to resolve these issues. They apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank us for our patience and understanding.
Issues Identified and Their Progress
The issues they have identified primarily involve reported traffic and keywords returning a 0 value in the aforementioned tools. This can be frustrating for us who rely on accurate data for our SEO strategies and campaigns. They understand the importance of having reliable data and want to assure us that they are doing everything they can to fix these problems.
Their team is currently working hard on finding a solution to these issues, and they are happy to report that they expect the issue in Batch Analysis to be resolved with the next update. While they cannot provide an exact timeline for the other tools, they are making significant progress and hope to have them fully functional as soon as possible.
Apologies and Their Commitment to Us
They understand that this situation may have caused some inconvenience to us, and they sincerely apologize for any troubles we may have experienced. At Ahrefs, they pride themselves on providing an exceptional service, and they want to assure us that they are taking this matter very seriously.
As they continue working to resolve these issues, they will keep us informed of their progress and any important updates. They are confident that their dedicated team will be able to find a solution, and they appreciate our patience and understanding during this time.

Didn’t notified through email before updating, I’m pretty sure this bug was just a a part of (15-03-2023) new algorithm updates of Google Search Engine.
it is surprisingly common how big tech face problems like this.
No it was random but yes it could be a part of massive update by Google core.
They’ve updated and new results are bit low.
